Mrs. Caldwell brings 15 years of precious metals refining experience to the Gannon & Scott team.

CRANSTON, RI / ACCESSWIRE / January 3, 2023 / Gannon & Scott continues to expand its customer service and administrative team by hiring Stephanie Caldwell, a precious metal refining customer service, administration, and shipping expert.

“I love that this industry is centered around honesty and reliability,” says Stephanie when asked why she is staying in precious metal reclaim. “From material processing and assay results to relationships between customers and employees, integrity is at the core of it all.”

Stephanie prides herself in her commitment to servicing customers but also has touched on many aspects of the refining industry through her work as an administrative assistant. Stephanie has even developed, implemented, and maintained an SDS Management system. Recently she was part of a three-person team that successfully completed a CHEWMEG audit. Stephanie is ready and willing to lend her expertise to all aspects of the refining business at Gannon & Scott.

When she isn’t servicing the refining industry, she enjoys looking for sea glass, reading, or jumping out of airplanes. She has skydived twice and can’t wait to do it again someday. Stephanie is also an avid “spinner.” Her inspirational force is Robin Arzon. A former corporate lawyer turned ultramarathoner and V.P. of Fitness Instruction at Peloton. “I love her enthusiasm and dedication to pursuing goals,” said Stephanie about her hero, “and I love her core messages; find joy in hard work, movement is medicine, and always keep challenging yourself because you never know when things might turn out better than you could have imagined.”

We look forward to her involvement, ideas, and contributions to Gannon & Scott’s continued growth in the refining industry as she dynamically supports the administrative and customer service team.

Incorporated in 1919, Gannon & Scott serves customers across North America, processing, assaying, and recovering precious metals from a range of spent materials at its facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Cranston, Rhode Island.
